Is there a registration fee?
No
I want to get a package to save money but i do not know if I will be able to use all of the classes in one month?
If you cannot use the classes within one month we recommend paying as you go.
If I purchase one of the money saving packages do I have to use them at one location?
No, you can use classes purchased at either location
If I purchase one of the money saving packages am I able to mix and match pole classes and booty aerobics classes?
Yes, Pole classes and booty aerobics classes can be mixed and matched with the 8 or 12 session packages.
If I purchase a package can my friends or family use some of my classes?
No, the packages can only be used for one person.
If I purchase one of the money saving packages how long do i have to use the classes?
All classes and packages must be used with ONE month of date of
purchase. The system will automatically remove the unused classes from
your account once the 30 days expire.
Pole Fitness Classes
What should I wear to class?
We recommend wearing short, heels and a T shirt. Tights are ok but are not preferable. NO LOTION
For Booty Aerobics workout gear with sneakers is fine. NO heels.
All the classes are full, is there a waiting list?
Yes, even if the class has no openings you can still select the sign up now button to add your self to the waiting list, once on the waiting list it is YOUR responsibility to keep track of your schedule to see if you have been added. Keep in mind the waiting list is an excellent way to get into a class as people are always dropping in and out of classes.
Can I pay using cash?
Yes but there is a 5 dollar fee on singles classes and a 10.00 fee on packages if you wish to pay in cash.
Can I come to the studio to watch a class?
No, to ensure the respect and privacy of our students we do not allow drop in to watch.
How long are the classes?
Pole Fitness classes are one hour long and Booty Aerobics classes are 45 mins.
If I am late to class do i still get a full hour?
No, the class will still end at the scheduled time.
If I am unable to make a class how early in advance to I have to cancel?
Classes
must be canceled 24 hours prior to scheduled time to ensure the
studio has enough time to fill the space. If not it will result in the
loss of your class.
Unlimited Members: you are responsible for the FULL price of the class and it will be charged to the card you have on file.
Living social/Groupon/E.W.O. specials: you are responsible for a 9.99 fee or forfeiture of your voucher.
What classes can I take with a Mix n' Match Special?
Pole fitness (must stay within your level, for example Pole Virgins cannot register for a pole cheetah), chair dancing, booty aerobics, climbs & Inverts, sultry vixen, sexi flexi or any other classes that are offered. The requirements for name.
Is there a way to schedule a class at a time that is not on the schedule?
In order to "create" a class there must be a minimum of three students
If I schedule a class and I cannot make it am i able to receive a refund?
No, the class will be returned to your account and you will have one month to use it.
***There must be at least 2 people in a pole fitness class and 3 at least people in a booty aerobics class for the class to go on. If not the class will be canceled and the credit will return to your account for rescheduling.
Pole Parties
If I need to cancel my pole party do i get my deposit back?
NO, the pole part deposit is NON- REFUNDABLE.
After paying my deposit when in the balance due?
The balance must be paid in full ONE day before your pole party.
Why is there a different price for members and non-members?

How much time in advance can i come to start setting up for my pole party?
We allow 15 min before your SCHEDULED time to come in and set up.
How many guests can i invite to my party?
Up to 30 guests for the Miami location and 40 guests for the Ft.Lauderdale location.
If i want a 4 hour party what does that include?
1 1/2 hour of instructional pole dancing (spins, tricks, mini routine, flips and more) the remaining
2 1/2 hours can be spent on eating, a passion party, a male stripper or any other vendor.
