EWO is not only a place where a woman can gain physical strength, agility, flexibility and confidence but it is a place where sisters support each other on all levels. I have been to and worked at many fitness facilities and I have never found this level of support. So for anyone looking to get fit and change their lives please give it a try, you won’t regret it.
